Hi Harvey,

thanks for the positive feedback on my artwork.

I'm old school when it comes to design and do my initial concept work with a sketchbook, pencil and pen.

Depending on the project, inspiration can come from a variety of different sources, from things I see everyday, films, traditional art, magazines, books (I have a large reference library) and I combine that with my love of eighties pop culture, skateboarding graphics and street art. Working straight on to a computer can be quite restricting, as you can get too influenced by the abilities (or limitations) of the software.

I also have a passion for branding and clever marketing techniques, and I think this comes across to my clients during initial briefings or brainstorming.

I've worked like this for years now, it seems to come together quite well and works for me and gets my clients good results.
